Listing Ready Package: Yard and Paint
Buyers see the yard first, in the photos and from the street. We get it ready before the photographer comes: lawn cut and edged, shrubs shaped, fresh mulch, clean driveway, fresh paint on the front door, trim or inside walls. One crew, one call, one written price.

How It Works
- 1
Send the address and photo date
Text us the address, a few photos of the yard and the day the photographer comes. A call works too.
- 2
Get a written price
We send a written price for the work the home needs. You or the seller approve it before anything starts.
- 3
We do the work
For outside work we only need access to the yard, not the house. Tell us the gate code if there is one.
- 4
Keep it sharp while it is listed
Vacant homes grow fast in Florida. Our Basic lawn plan is $69 a month, every two weeks, with no contract. Cancel when it sells.

Common Questions
How much does it cost to get a yard listing ready in Orlando?
It depends on the size of the yard and what it needs. We price from our standard rates: cleanups from $125, mulch at $79 per cubic yard, shrub trimming at $45 an hour and St. Augustine sod at $0.95 per square foot. You get a written price before any work starts.
Can you work at a vacant home?
Yes. For outside work we only need access to the yard. Send us the gate code or tell us where the side gate is.
Who pays, the agent or the seller?
Whoever approves the written price. Tell us who to send it to when you text the address.
Can you keep the lawn cut until the home sells?
Yes. Our Basic plan is $69 a month for a cut every two weeks, or Premium at $169 a month for weekly cuts and a monthly detail trim. There is no contract, so it stops when the home closes.
Do you paint too?
Yes. Touch ups on the front door, trim and shutters are priced on a free estimate. Interior rooms start at $650 each, a full 3 bedroom interior from $2,200, and a full exterior from $2,800 for 1 story or $4,200 for 2 stories.
Do you speak Spanish?
Yes. Hablamos español. Sellers can call or text us in English or Spanish.
